PLEASE HELP: ATT/BB are NO help.

I use ATT and have had BB for years, only issue is now I have gone through 8new BB 9800 Torch's in a row over last 3 months!

The problem is that every week to 2 weeks, after a NEW one the phone goes into a COMA and up and freezes where the bb function buttons, end/call, return etc..just go dark and stop working..the it goes dark where wont even turn on...

I have taken bat out, reset (control/alt/delete)...etc...I have tried a different back up, start from NEW and still DEAD. (Never dropped, not wet, etc..)

I do get funkly messages where phone has fits just before its going into coma mode..like:
"uncaught exception....net_rim_bb_phone_app(110)" whatever that means?
