Not to flog RIM when they are down but this is one of the most incredible train wrecks in recent tech history.
They are only now realizing that the NOC infrastructure architecture cannot handle multiple device PINs for the same user (the gate to native BBM and email)?! I can't believe the infrastructure architectural problems/challenges weren't known before they even released the device.
If they didn't know, they are more incompetent then I thought. If they did know, and provided roadmap feature enhancements to the public and press anyway, then they can be loosely accused of fraud.
