Work bought it. I never use it. I never cared much in recent months because it was just a matter of getting around to it.
I usually don't have time for phone calls lasting almost an hour, I've got 200 clients to support so usually there are no breaks during my day.
I knew I would have to return it, it was just a matter of when I felt like spending the time on getting an RMA.
