Alright, thank you for all your answers -
FINALLY - i have the solution.

I called the Vodafone support (2nd time by the way) and you wont believe it - they actually were able to solve this problem:
The reason for the occuring error was actually really simple, I had a change of device a few months ago. I didnt know of course that this could be the cause. Because of the change of device my blackberry was still able to find the BIS-stored private Emailaccounts, but it was not able to activate them.

So - the private Emailaccounts were shown but there was no chance to be successfull in activating them.

The Vodafone support just reset these settings and after that i was able to login successfully.

And also he created an BIS-account for me - i can now login on the mobileemail-BIS and administrate my private Emailaccounts!
