Angry No Conection or Emails

Hi All,, im New to blackberry 8520 and smartphone and this technology,Ive had my phone just over a week all was well everything working now since last night my emails haven't updated i cannot log on to internet and BBM.
When i click Browser whether its set to default Internet or Tesco browser i get a message saying communication failure has occurred the server may be busy, please try again later if problem persists contact your service provider
When i try to open Blackberry APP i get a message saying cannot conect you to blackberry App World, please ensure your device is connected to the wireless network and try again
Anybody got any ideas please:
