Im experiencing a problem with my blackberry 9800. Most time i have to keep pressing both botton and keypad for me to scroll the menu or answer phone call. both botton will not be responding including the keyboard until when i keep pressing simultaniously between the keyboard, track ball and any other button. then they will come back to work. after then for some time they will go off again.
the problem just happen when i was browsing 3 days ago, and the phone is on charge also. I downloaded the Netqin antivirus and install but no treat was fund. I also updated the phone software to bundle 2949 on version 6.0.
