It seems May 5 is the latest date for the EVDO upgrade for the 7250.

Some posts in this thread state it must be installed at a Bell Store, others say it can be downloaded and installed by the user with Desktop Manager. Is anyone sure which is correct?

I am talking about the PRL upgrade from 30378 to 31012; not the OS upgrade which is user installable.
