I had to click yes too. When Verizon went to the 2.0 BIS, after you logged in for the first time it prompts you and asks if you want to upgrade if you are smart you clicked no ( unlike me I clicked yes not knowing I would loose PC access, I thought 2.0!! newer- must be better) It stinks you cant reply from a PC anymore sometimes I write large emails and now just takes longer using the BB alone
