It's not exactly clear whether the user is accessing the e-mail from the BB e-mail inbox or if the user is using the browser and navigating to the gmail website and downloading the file.

I've just tested it again and I can't do anything with the attachment by accessing it through the BB mailbox.

I tried accessing my mail through the browser on the BB and it seems I can't do anything with the file on there also.
