Additional Comments:The phone I received was not the same as the phone shown in the pictures he sent me. The phone was advertised as new and after opening it and finding scratches inside the battery cover and messages on the phone it is apparent it was not.

From the time I paypal'd him the money to the day I finally received the phone and all of the parts it took him 3 weeks. It took DAYS to get any kind of response from him. I had to threaten paypal action and to dispute the charge with American Express before he finally answered an email. It took him a week to originally send the phone out, when I received it, it had no battery (another clue it wasn't new) he said he took it out when he took the pictures and couldn't find it. It took another week and a half to get him to finally ship out another one despite the fact he works in a Cingular store.

Now I am getting SIM card errors and the phone switches to SOS mode, I took it to the store and they swapped it my sim card, hopefully that fixes the problem but I doubt it.

I would not do business with him again since his phone's are not in the condition he represented.
