It could be that the 4.0 hh version of that feature doesn't work unless you are also on a 4.0 bes.
Have you tried going through every option from the message list to see if its just been moved somewhere? |
You may be right. I did notice that I get an error when I go to OPTIONS>>EMAIL RECOCILIATION>> It says 'Uncaught Exception: Field added to a manager while it is already parented.' Whatever that means???
