So, problem seems to be limited to Desktop Manager side.

There is a knowledgebase article for doing a total Desktop Manager uninstall - control panel add/remove, manually deleting folders and all registry settings.

Have you tried this before re-installing Desktop Manager?

Also, carefully double check your mods in the bth.inf file for typo's.
