There is no real set system with Tmobile for before a phone launches. Normally here is the best place, then when a date is nailed down (2-4 weeks before actual launch) you just call in on that day. I ordered my 8800 from Tmobile this morning at 12:03am. First person i talked to had no record of it, then i was transfered to PDA/Blackberry support and they brought it up right away.
