Same problem with 8700c and HS850. I had the Plantronics 510 before. Thinking that the Plantronics had died, I bought the HS850. Exactly 5 seconds later, the damn Blackberry disconnects me. I was now thinking to get it replaced under warranty but obviously it seems to be a rampant problem. Last blackberry I will ever own.

I have upgraded the software from Cingular/AT&T to 4.1.0.377 (platform 2.0.0.152). Blackberry wants to charge for support and AT&T is no help but pointing fingers.
