Not frustration here, happiness. More phones means more options. No longer "just" a business phone, RIM is evolving to compete with the ever growing smart phone market. RIM got their OS stable unlike the WM phones which had a lot of options right from the get go but stability has always been an issue. RIM perfected their craft first before saturating the market with their device. It comes down to quality over quantity. That's just my .02 cents.
