My mother placed an order through our premiere site last night but then AT&T canceled the order a couple hours later because it said she had upgraded her phone twice in the last 24 hours or 4 times in the last 12 months, neither of which is true. I called the premiere line for her this morning and they won't give her the upgrade. The best they could offer was $360 plus tax and shipping. Originally she got a price of $274 shipped and everything. Ridiculous.
