Do you mean wirelessly sync email? That depends. Do you use Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, Comcast, etc. or does your email server support POP/IMAP?
If so, then you can use BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) to sync
email wirelessly.

You cannot wirelessly sync your Calendar, Tasks & Contacts in Outlook without BES or some other hosted service.
