What would be the scenarios where a few e-mails are going to the BB but not showing up in Outlook? I checked in the user's deleted items folder and they are not there (verifying that user didn't delete them and forgot). He has not emptied his deleted items folder (it has many days worth of stuff).

I send him a test mail, he gets it on BB and in Outlook.
I cannot see any filters on the BES under his account.

Any ideas what would cause this?
