Oh... and the biggest problem with troubleshooting it with Tmobile is that I then have to upgrade my phone which makes it unusable -- I rely on it so much. When I last called them, OF COURSE I had a connection for the entire conversation (when she called me separately, as I was calling from a landline)
Might have to get an old dummy phone for a few days until they can fix the issue or issue me a new phone.
