The solution I use to combat this 10mb limit is to have all my emails go through gmail first then have gmail forward all emails to my BIS account. practically no delay (well, maybe 6 secs). Much better that getting BWC to poll. All the attachments are saved and can be viewed later and i can reconcile them on my BB to clear space in BWC.
