Good morning everyone. I apologize again for the elementary style questions...emerging into the 21st century with a BB is a little jolting.
Here's my question: from time to time, my little BB likes to not show sent messages or call logs when I go to the message icon. It happens out of nowhere, one day I can see my messages and logs...and the next day I can't.
I did a little troubleshooting:
Under Message General Options I have disabled Hide Sent Messages and Filed Messages.
I have Auto More on.
I have Keep Messages activated.
Under SMS Text Options I have Leave Messages on Sim Card off.
A little morsel of info: yesterday, I went through and erased a lot of my messages/emails.
Any help is appreciated.
