Update ... It seems that after when you change the plan the have to reprovision the account. That means that they have reset your account.
It seems that the email works fine but internet (t-zone) has stopped working. They said it will take 24-48 hours which is what it took when I got the unit.
Not a big deal but just something you have to consider if you do it.
