Default Incorrect unread message status

I have a user with a 7510 on BES 3.6SP3 who is getting a indicator on her blackberry that there are 3 unread messages. There are no unread messages in her inbox, and if she hits u on the Blackberry, it confirms there are no unread messages. Any ideas on how to solve this? Rebooting the Blackberry didn't help.
