Maybe you guys can help me with something.

I've talked to coworkers with T-Mobile and they report good reception. I work in the shipping industry so my coworkers are often all around the state. I still want to try it myself and I know I have 15 days to do so before being locked into the contract. My question is, when do those 15 days start? Is it from when I receive the phone or when I actually activate it?
