Okay kiddies here you go:
Download the new Software
Delete your service books From the top to the bottom
Turn off your 7520 and remove the battery
Wait 2.5 minutes
Go back to your service books and undelete ONCE
That should bring up the Blackberry Browser Book
Clikck the wheel to view
Click to view HRT
Click to send
Wait a few seconds while the transmission occurs
Success! And not one phone call to Nextel.

Excellent. I updated the software and waited and waited but no browser arrived. After following the steps above it appeared and works!
