Well unfort that didn't stay working for long.
Whats now happening is having to manually wipe each handheld
Delete the user from BES
Create the MAPI profile on a workstation for each mailbox.
Run BBClean on each users mailbox
Recreate the user on the BES
Activate user.
But this in it self is causing other issues.
Activation keeps failing cause of this:
{Email Address} Device ID used to be xxxxxxxx but is now blank
{Lastname, Firstname} Old OTAKEYGEN packet is cancelled, Tag=145467
{Lastname, Firstname} Device ID used to be xxxxxxxx but is now blank
Few other issues doing these work arounds.
More we talk...now they are thinking it maybe Corrupt IT Policy or Database or Software Configuration.
But i'll post more as we progress!
