If I were looking at getting an IPhone, I'd seriously ask myself if I need one right now, or if I could wait a few months, to around June. It is very possible the next generation will be coming out. There may be some features you want on those, or it will at least drop the price of the first generation. Since you get locked into a two year agreement and the phone is not subsidized, it is something to consider.
