I see Rove has posted which is great, but of course for end users who don't like forking out the cash for their simple, personal needs that's not the best option. I am currently (sucessfully!) using the latest development version of MidPSSH 1.7.3 which includes initial Wifi connection support as well.

OTA install to your device: http://xk72.com/wap/ (email that to your BlackBerry)

Choose latest devel version (the OTA installs were fixed by me ;) ) and then the appropriate BB download. For most users these days it will be one of these two links directly:

OS 4.x BIS people: http://xk72.com/midpssh/v1.7.3/midpssh-bb-midp2-ota.jad
OS 4.x BES Only people: http://xk72.com/midpssh/v1.7.3/midpssh-bb-e-midp2-ota.jad

Web page: http://www.xk72.com/midpssh/

On my 8320 device I use the font setting "LCD 5x9" and set the default mode to 'SSH2' (these are not the defaults, and are the only two settings I change that matter). After connecting to a server, use Menu -> Input to interactively input on the commandline instead of an input window popping up on your device. The servers I connect to are all OpenSSH oriented, so your results may vary if you're connecting to WinSSHD or some other type of daemon.
