What about the deletes? If I delete a contact from Outlook does it assume the Blackberry is correct for that contact and vice versa? Just doesn't make sense then why when deleted from Outlook it would re-populate back into outlook because they are still in the blackberry..

How do you do that? I haven't seen a way to set the 'master' except in the messages..
