Default 8120 can not surf the internet

Hi,

I am a newbie, just bought a pearl 8120. The problem is that i cant surf the internet even my BB can connect to the access point. The error message i always receive is " Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider".

What should i do?
