I totally agree. Even in noisy environments, people tell me that I come through loud and clear, but there is garbled background noise as well. However, they can totally understand my speech, and that is important. If you make a lot of business calls and background noise is an issue, you should probably invest in a headset/earpiece. I hardly even use mine, and paid $120 for it, but I don't regret that a bit. Well worth it, IMO.
