Comes with all accessories, including an aftermarket leather holster. And not that crappy one either, the good one, with the metal Blackberry insignia on it. It was won from RIM for their recent retail sales promotion ("Take it to the Sky"). Our store was one of the top sellers of Blackberrys in our region. It is your choice what OS you want to put on it, I have 3.6, 3.7, and 4.0 Beta.
