This only works with e-mail addresses that are set up in bis 2.0.

I have all of my mail forwarded to [email address]

e-mail address becuase i don't want to wait 15 min, so this doesn't work for me.

Wish there was a feature to change my e-mail address to any address i wanted. I guess this can't happen since you could technically spoof as someone else who isn't you.

Can I add e-mail addresses to bis 2.0 but not have them poll? That would solve my problem.
