Default BlackBerry Internet Service upgrade problem

Please Login to Remove!

Greetings,

I answered 'yes' to the "Upgrade to BlackBerry Internet Service!" when I last logged onto my web service account. Now I have a problem. On my old account, there was a prompt:

"Reply-to address - By default whenever someone replies to a message sent from your account, the reply will be sent to this address."

for this I had my corporate email address: [email address]

After the upgrade I still have a "Reply To:" and it is still set to [email address]. But now I can't send email from my phone to anyone in the 'mycompany.com' domain. The reason? Here's a log from my email server:

Accepting SMTP connection from [216.9.248.48 : 27099]
Performing PTR lookup (48.248.9.216.IN-ADDR.ARPA)
* D=48.248.9.216.IN-ADDR.ARPA TTL=(6) PTR=[smtp01.bis.na.blackberry.com]
* Gathering A records...
* D=smtp01.bis.na.blackberry.com TTL=(6) A=[216.9.248.48]
---- End PTR results
--> 220 mycompany.com ESMTP MDaemon 8.1.4; Tue, 18 Jul 2006 13:05:38 -0500
<-- EHLO smtp01.bis.na.blackberry.com
--> 250-mycompany.com Hello smtp01.bis.na.blackberry.com, pleased to meet you

Tue 2006-07-18 13:05:38: --> 250-AUTH LOGIN CRAM-MD5

Tue 2006-07-18 13:05:38: --> 250 SIZE 35000000
Tue 2006-07-18 13:05:38: <-- MAIL FROM:<me@mycompany.com> SIZE=757
Tue 2006-07-18 13:05:38: --> 550 Sorry, <me@mycompany.com> is not allowed access from your location

As you can see, for security reasons my email server will not allow the RIM server to pose as the mycompany.com and will not except email. With the old blackberry web service, the RIM server correctly identified the sender as [email address], with a reply to address of [email address].

Has anyone else ran into this and how did you work around it?

Thanks,
