So I switched to wvdial instead of using a call script. This seems to be happier, but still not good. I'm communicating with the 8703, but #777 doesn't seem to be doing the "right thing". I'm wondering if there is something else I have to do to enable this that VZAccess does automatically under Windoze. :(

Modem = /dev/pts/2
Baud = 460800
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = AT$QCMDR=3
Carrier Check = yes
Dial Command = ATDT
Phone = #777
Username = [email address]

Password = vzw
Sutpid Mode = 1

Any thoughts?
