All I can say is thanks everyone. I really can't put how we feel in words right now and don't think we'll ever be able to say how we feel. I know that this makes running the dataoutages.com site that much more worth it for me just knowing how much it helps everyone else out there.
I've asked that the thread be closed but that's up to the mods. I just need to sit back and take this all in.
