I did a Security Wipe, but it only left me with three apps (Browser, BlackBerry Bridge, and Setup). Even BlackBerry World was gone.

I'm sorry—I'm probably using the wrong terms. When I said I did I did the "Repair", I was referring to the steps quoted above. I just called it that because to begin the procedure I had to click the "Repair" button (pictured above). These are the steps that reinstalled the operating system and the apps that I downloaded, but not the
preinstalled apps, which I'm missing.
I anyone knows how I can get these apps, please let me know.
