If considering memory of device memory, I've consumed only 11% memory.
And if considering SDCard, I've consumed 20% memory.
And if Applications, I still have 50+ MB left with me..
So I kinda guess there's no problem with memory.
But as per you said that 8500 series is the worst of all, that's not true. I have been using this phone since nearly 2 years but there's no problem with it (rather than my both volume up & down buttons broke)
But the problem is fixed now, I deleted it & re-installed a little lower version, then deleted and installed the latest version and its now working fine
