I'm able to access it, but my company has a time limit on activation, so I put in a ticket to have them restart the counter so the BES will accept my request.

Now I read through this thread regarding the change on the lock button, but I guess I read it wrong. I thought that if you have a password enabled (which I do), then the functionality of the lock button (top-left) stays the same. However, mine does not lock when I press it. It just turns off the screen and puts the phone in standby or something because if I press it again, then the screen comes back on and the phone is fully accessible. It doesn't ask me for a password or anything. Am I missing something?
