I probably followed the shows link at the bottom to find the example video.
Generally speaking, the video at mobile sites should work.
I have seen some mobile news sites give a choice of links, such as Quicktime and 3GP formated video links. Sometimes the Quicktime works. The 3GP always works.
And some, like the Fox News site don't give you a choice. But if you are on a site optimaized for mobile, the video should work.
