I also have 3g, BT and WiFI on all the time so its ready for me. i dont want to turn things on and off all day long just to get one more day of battery life.
I tend to charge at night so every day is a full battery to start with.
I make about 30 min of phone calls, surf through out the day.
Play MP3s on way to work.
Face book updates every 3 hours, twitter, 3 RSS feeds, 2 BBM groups, BBMs all day long and also connected to BES.
