So after going through all the motions with setting this up, I managed to setup each account as an IMAP account on the phone and I also have Outlook leave messages on server. The idea was to reverse my POP account days whereby I would now delete messages off the server from the phone. It seemed to work once in the very beginning but it no longer functions that way. Outlook leaves everything in place and when I hit delete from hub and server on the phone, it only deletes from the phone but remains on the server. On the flip side, if I leave the message on the phone and I login to the server and delete the message off of the server manually, it syncs and deletes it off the phone but not the other way around.
