OK, I fixed the problem:
Go to the following KB:
KB36703-Minimum list of port numbers required to be open between BES12 instances
The SQL query reports that "tomcat.udui.http.port" is set to 12001
In the table "obj_global_cfg_setting" change port 12001 back to the default 8083 (id_configuration_setting: 540)
Restart the server
That's it, I got my console back!
Make sure that 8083 is not in use by any other service. Especially check if it does not conflict with BES 10 if you have this still on the same server.
