Hello, recently received this msg on BBM: "Reset code for your picture to start changing 3939281717. Post to all contacts to update your software" . I have been trying to find out if this is legit or if someone has hacked the system. It's not the first time i have received this message. The wait time to Blackberry's Help Line is 25 minutes lately and I don't enjoy sitting on the phone waiting that long. Can anyone provide an answer?
