I am wondering the same thing? Anyone have an answer to this? I had my 8703e running 4.2.1 just fine then decided to upgrade to OS 4.5 (after being prompted by Blackberry Desktop Manager v5.0 to do so)
After the upgrade I was no longer able to make or receive telephone calls on MetroPCS. I had to take it to some local hacker and pay him $20 to flash it back to 4.2.1
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a stupid noob.
