i've always said if your PHONE needs antivirus software then something is severely wrong. i had a million other quips while reading this thread but you guys mostly covered them. it still boggles my mind when people call up saying all of their data is mysteriously gone. the bloody thing says "WARNING LAST ATTEMPT. ALL DATA WILL BE ERASED!" i can't rant on that enough. and like so many others said, if you back up your device with desktop manager, wheres the problem? even better if you're on a bes, wheres the problem? everything comes back down to the device once activating again on the bes. ::rant off
