You are on a grandfathered plan or got PAM added for $0.00. PAM is not available to consumers any more.

I'm definitely not a corporate customer. All this was added back to my account around the time the Hero was released because I tried the Hero out on one of the anything plans and when I returned it I was able to get everything back the way it was (another thing frontline reps will tell you cannot be done)
