Phone is in very good shape. I will attach pics and let you see for yourself. When I got the phone, I went about a week without the Invisible Shield on it, then I put one on. It has protected the phone very well. Only blemishes are by the speaker Jack. They are very small nicks, the photos will show that.

The charger is actually a Motorolla charger. The first 8310 I had would not charge with the wall charger, so I took it to the AT&T store and got a different one, that turned out to be a Motorolla charger. Then shortly after that again, it wouldn't charge and it was replaced through the warranty. When I got the new phone, they had me keep the Motorolla charger, it works fine though and I have never had a problem.

Any questions, feel free to ask, I need to get rid of this thing, I lost my job.
