I plugged my phone in last night before going to bed and this morning the battery was still extremely low. I shut it down and took the battery out and reinserted it, turned it back on and tried to recharge again for several hours but it still want charge.
I had a new battery, so I put that one in, turned it on and tried to charge that one, but it want charge either. No matter how long I leave them plugged in, the battery indicator shows a discharged battery.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try or do?
