RIM survives on upgrades and the sale of new equipment to the carriers. If they gave us PaPa Bear too soon, what would they have to sell in the future? All three Bears will play out over this year. In the mean time the 8300 will have to keep everyone happy for now.

In a Press Release dated May 4, 2007, RIM along with ROGERS introduced the BlackBerry Curve/BB 8300 in Canada which will be available from Rogers Wireless in
JUNE, 2007.
And since RIM is hosting WES, they will, no doubt, be highlighting the 8300.
Yes, in the meantime everyone is probably ecstatic with all the features that the 8300 has to offer (I know I am). But there have been some potential users asking about WiFi and built-in GPS. Hence my comments about the BB 8320.
